with a rough outline of the brands/items you would like us to sell for you. - If it fits our criteria, we'll ask you to send us a photo of each of the garments.
Don't worry too much about the quality of photo, since we photograph everything at the Rebooted studio before uploading to the website. - We'll let you know what we think would be a good fit - and sell!
- Pop your items in the post or ask us to arrange collection.
We guide this process so it's as hassle-free for you as possible. - Rebooted will photograph, write up, and upload the items to our website.
- Everything, from customer enquiries to the shipping process, is dealt with by us.
All you have to do is wait for any sales to complete and pass the returns window and we pay you!

Seller Fees
Items That Sell For Under €30:
- Our fee is 25% of the final sale total
- We donate 5% of the final sale total to a charity of your choice
- The remaining 70% of the final sale total goes straight to you!
Items That Sell For €30 And Over
- Our fee is 20% of the final sale total
- We donate 5% of the final sale total to a charity of your choice
- The remaining 75% of the final sale total goes straight to you!
Important Fee Information
On receipt of your items, we will conduct a thorough inspection and inform you if any of the following fees are applicable, in advance of carrying them out:
- Average cleaning costs are €5 - €10 per item.
This includes washing to remove odours/marks/stains as well as the removal of excessive horse/dog hair. - If a garment requires dry cleaning, this will be outsourced and charged at our cost + 15%
- Minor repairs (small holes/ dropped hems) will be charged at €5 - €15 per item, depending on the level of labour involved
- More labour intensive repairs will likely be outsourced and charged at cost price.
Giving Back
In the spirit of Rebooted, we will donate 2% of our monthly income to charity. The donation will be determined by the scale of our sales.
We do this to give something back, and we hope that as Rebooted grows, so will our donations.
Terms & Conditions
Rebooted wanted to avoid issuing a long list of terms and conditions, but with apologies, here they are:
1. Please ensure all items sent to us are clean, free of stains/ marks, have no obvious signs of wear, and do not need dry cleaning.
If items are stained/need repairs and can't be easily cleaned/mended, we will donate them to charity or return them to you.
2. For items deemed appropriate for sale through Rebooted, it may take weeks or sometimes months for us to upload your items to the website. This is because:
- (a) We receive a lot of stock and are a very small team.
- (b) We carefully curate the website so that it looks visually appealing to shop.
- (c) We don't upload lots of items of the same size/style at a time.
- (d) We upload items that fit with the current season, so if you've given us summer items in autumn, you'll need to wait until late spring to see them appear on the website.
3. Items that haven't sold at full price throughout a season will automatically be put into the sale section at a reduced price. If they don't sell in the sale, they will be put into clearance at dramatically reduced prices to ensure they sell.
4. We have no control over how quickly things sell or whether they sell at all. We do our best, but sometimes it doesn't work out.
5. Pricing is set according to a wide variety of factors: quality, brand, social currency, recency of production, size, type of garment, fabric, condition, and scarcity. Rebooted pricing is in line with the vision of reducing barriers to participation
6. We only pay out for a sale once the returns window has passed. This is between 7 - 10 days from shipping in the UK and within 30 days of shipping for overseas sales.
7. If an item of yours looks like it has sold on the website but you haven't been paid, it is either because it is being returned, or because it has already been returned and has sold again and is now in another returns window.
Please bear in mind that if it has been sold to a customer outside the UK, the returns window can last up to 30 days, depending on their location.
8. We can either pay directly to your bank or PayPal account!
